Materials and use

• Cast iron body with vitreous enamel inside and out
• Safe on gas, electric, ceramic and induction plates, and in the oven to 220 C

Care

Hand wash with warm soapy water and a soft sponge. Do not heat empty. Let the pot cool before washing to protect the enamel.
